Got the bat and a snake for my new bone box. Great!!

This bat is amazing (although would like to know the species), but it took so long to get, and there was not an email about a back order. I ordered it on 11/23/21 and did not receive it until 1/6/22. I am okay with a back order, but 44 days is a long time, especially when reading the shipping times. I was never contacted and had to reach out to them before hearing about a back order. Customer service should have been on top of that to reassure customers waiting for orders.

I am so happy with this purchase. The detail of this skeleton and the care they went into the display was fantastic. I will be making more purchases from your site.
