There are a few different reasons for returns. But we try to make it as easy as possible. Here are a few easy solutions that are common.

1. DISPOSAL
We will dispose of our specimens free of charge, you do need to pay for shipping them back, but we will take care of the rest. We do ask that you address the packages to "disposal" and wrap them up properly as to NOT leak on the carrier.

Specimens are disposed of differently depending on where you are located. We recommend checking with your garbage service first, let them know you are disposing of specimens and there will be traces of chemicals. They will tell you where to go from there. Some counties can dispose of specimens in landfills, others can put right in the trash. But there are some that will say it needs to be a Haz-Mat.

2. ORDERED TOO MANY OR WRONG ITEM
Easy, it's a goal. Ship the items back, address the packages to "returns" and wrap then up properly as to NOT leak on the carrier. Slip a note inside stating what you'd like done (credit/refund) and ship it back using any carrier you'd like. Shipping is customer responsibility.

4. DOUBLE ORDERS
If for some reason you do get a double order please call 1-800-222-9094. Please have the number of boxes received for each shipment and the packing slip reference number for each shipment ready. Our customer service will be able to assist with the next steps.
