It was here the next day, just really don't like the $50 extra fee for shipping down Hwy 94 to Twin Cities
The 6 weeks shipping thing really can't be serious, within the same state, especially if you have these items in stock. Thoughts?
This was NOT express. It was delayed and I paid extra ASSURED in writing that it would arrive in 2-3 days. It did not. It took over 7 days. I will NOT buy from this company again.

I wanted to follow up on the note you sent. It appears that express handling for your order was approved on October 2nd, and the order was shipped the following day, October 3rd (Friday). The package was delivered by the carrier on October 9th.
To clarify, express handling at Bio expedites your order through our internal processing system—it does not include expedited shipping with the carrier. As noted in the description, “Express handling - ships out of our warehouse within 4 days of adding to order.” Based on our records, your order was shipped the day after approval, which falls well within the 4-day window.
I did notice that you needed the order by October 8th, and I’m truly sorry that the delivery arrived a day later than expected. We understand how important timing can be and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Please let me know if there’s anything else I can assist with.
We felt the single injection dye was done very poorly. Some frogs you could see it and others, the dye material must have burst out of the artery because there was just a pink clump of material inside the frog. We are also very disappointed that your shipping is still taking about 8 weeks from time of order, unless you pay the express shipping and it will ship out the next day.
