The express handling was fine, but having to use it was rather frustrating. While this may be a problem on my end, it was not made clear enough to me that the average turn around time was 4+weeks.

Took a month to prepare, so this was the only way to ghet it quicker/ Shippoiung times when items are available should be few days not 4-6 weeks.

Should have been notified how far behind the company was on orders before finalizing the order. Then I would have known what to expect and about the expedited shipping option and cost. Instead, I had to call and try to track down why it hadn't shipped and then redo my budget so that I could afford expedited shipping since it was going to take more than two months to even ship.
