Six days ago, we sent an email and have not yet received a response. Unfortunately, we are not pleased with this product, as the Buffalo skull has a visible hole that we did not expect and cannot display.

Skull came as pictured. The skull itself was very brittle and chipped at the edges in different places. It smelled terrible and took several washings before the smell could come out.
