ordered a cat skull. It arrived a month later and poorly packed and crushed. the box appeared undamaged. I contacted a company rep and sent a photo of the damaged skull and pieces. A new skull was shipped the next day and arrived in excellent condition the following week. Thanks folks. you should fire the original packer. and speed up regular delivery

I ordered 3 cut skulls for upcoming project. All 3 arrived well packaged and in clean condition. The ordering a payment process was easy. I appreciate that the packaging is recyclable.
cat skull was well packaged and in fair condition. Clean and ready for our project. Its missing a few teeth which is to be expected but the teeth that were present are glued in. I'll be ordering again shortly.
