The skeleton is missing parts and damage

The skeleton is missing parts and damage. The screw that holds the bar stand together was missing. One of the lower legs was detached from the knee. The pin that holds it together was bent and could not be put back in place. The bones, particularly the lower arms are twisted at the joint (not attached at the correct site). As a result, it is not presenting in a standard anatomical position. The lower leg bones are bent onto each other. And, finally, the weight of the skeleton is not safely supported by the bar it hangs from or the base with the wheels. It does not roll without falling over. Images of the skeleton was sent to document the conditions of the skeleton. I was told that I could send it back but at my own expense. It is unclear as to why I should absorb the cost of shipping if the products damage. I request a shipping slip sent so that I can return this item for the full cost, including shipping

Hi Linda
I'm sorry for the inconvenience with the missing parts. Can you please reach out to our CS to get this fixed up.
