Good quality, but . . .

The beef eyes were good quality as always from Biology Products. However I was disappointed in the amount of extra tissue on the eyes. With the eyes being preserved, the tissue was difficult for students to cut off.

The eyes are in pretty good condition. There are a handful in each pail that I buy that look like deflated basketballs but all in all this a pretty good option since I can no longer buy fresh cow eyes.
