Real Showstopper!

Bought this for ocean-themed STEAM night at elementary school. Students and parents were amazed at being able to see a real octopus up close.

Beautiful tiny specimen
But it is extremely small 5-8 inch for a dissection specimin
(Perhaps a ruler, utensil, or some object could be placed next to octopus in the photo which would quickly alert us if the specimin scale )

On the small side but still great

These were the 5"-8" octopus, but most were just barely over 5" with tentacles. They arrived in a timely fashion and were what was expected, just a little small.

Product is great and not damaged, but the photo made the octopuses look a lot bigger/wider than they actually are. They are the correct number of inches in length but they they had smaller heads and bodies than the picture made it look.

Octopus is definitely on the small end of the spectrum and seems flatter than I anticipated, but not a bad product.

Overall not a bad specimen, but when it's advertised as being 5-8 inches, I was hoping for some more in the 6-7 inch range. I will order again and try to request larger sized specimens
