Great customer service and product

All though it took a while to receive my product it was worth the wait. The skeleton was in good condition and well packaged. I have found most helpful for my studies. The customer service folk were responsive to my email inquires. The responsive were timely and well written. They kept me informed when my order would ship and when it shipped. Although the wait was a bit longer then expected it was worth the wait. I would purchase other merchandise from the company in the future.
