poor ordering process

The eyes arrived in good condition. Problems with processing the order, there was no indication/communication on the length of time to process being 8 weeks. When we had not received them four weeks after ordering i called and found this out and had to pay to expedite shipping to get them in time for our class.

The eyes arrived in good condition. Few eyes were collapsed and few had too many muscles attached.
